| “ Last year there were the highest number of pedestrian deaths since 1981.” Do you think that could be because there has been a population explosion since 1981 or are you saying that overall deaths in the US have reduced since 1981 and only pedestrian deaths have increased? If so this is surely proportionate with the increase in pedestrians since 1981? |
