| This is an article on it from last month that you may have missed. From what you say the feasibility study has begun. https://www.chiswickw4.com/default.asp?section=info&page=contube083.htm I'd assume they would look at which was the most doable out of Turnham Green and Gunnersbury and just deliver one for now. They should do TG first but, that's the problem with targets, they often lead to wrong choices. |
