| And when people give up on buses, as I have largely done (I get cabs who avoid CHR) they will reduce the bus service even more due to 'lack of demand'. Job done, road free of pesky buses and cars apart from those rich enough to afford the latest ULEZ compliant vehicles, road left for the smug cycling brigade who don't contribute much to the local economy and the few younger, fit people able to walk long distances to shop and carry it home. Like the sad story about the demise of the East end markets, slowly Chiswick will die. |
