| some classic whataboutery going on here. Of course people need broadband access to get online, but they also need devices to do so. Classic chicken-egg situation. My own home laptop is well over 6 years old and is a little clunky but runs Windows 10/Office/Internet fine, so if these viable devices are collecting dust, then why not make use of them? It's good to hear of our local councilers doiong something really positive for our community. |
