| "She has a blue badge. She drove down TGT ..." She did not contravene the signs which show blue badge holders as an allowed exception. However, it's possible that the cameras may not have picked up the fact that she had a blue badge, and hence she may get a PCN. As Guy says, she should appeal to Hounslow if she gets a PCN, and to the adjudicator if Hounslow reject her appeal. If she needs any help with this, please contact me at parking@rjen.uk |
