| Dear Ms Tussaud I'm Clare, the Deputy Head of Communications for Hounslow Council. Cllr Sam Hearn asked us to look into this for you and post a response on this forum. Looking into this for you, we have found that when a member of your household (not yourself) completed the annual voter registration form in November 2013 they did not opt out of the open register. The open register is an extract of the full electoral register which can be brought by any person, company or organisation and used for any purpose. Consequently, 192.com obtained a copy of the open register. If you want your details removed from 192.com you can complete the record removal form available from the 192.com website.
