Topic: Black and blue wheelie bins

Just as I'd talked myself into thinking these things arent so bad. I see a picture of Cllr Bassam Mahfouz smiling inanely, presenting the new black and blue bins for Ealing. Apparantly he wanted pink and orange polkadots but they were too expensive.
Why couldnt they couldnt give us the brown and green ones so that we could at least attempt to camourflage the ugly s*ds into our hedges etc? They're taking the mick
