Following a recent bout of ill health, which has prevented all but the most modest exercise my consultant is now recommending me for surgery. He also recommends that I aim to improve my aerobic fitness - albeit to a standard which is not Olympian. The bar is not very high. Is there someone out there qualified and experienced to assist? I'm looking at 2 days/week for probably 4 weeks or so. |
