The original post was about a veggie breakfast.
not a guide to how to be an obese pleb clogging up the NHS..
Eggs (free range) tomatoes mushrooms (shitake) are all healthy.
Sausages and bacon are crap nutritionally unless they are of the highest quality. ie organic and not full of preservatives and salt.
get them from butchers not supermarkets if you must
Processed wheat is to be avoided at all costs. It is the primary cause of Wheat Belly which causes diabetes and Dementia.
Stick to sourdough or black rye bread from proper bakers.
My favourite is scrambled duck eggs with pumpkin seeds on black Lithuanian sourdough rye bread with goats butter and marmite (B12)
All you fatties with health problems need to show some discipline.
Eat Porage (with stewed apple and raw nuts and kefir) or kippers for breakfast.
Fast until you are starving and don't eat sugar
Have lots of sex and practice yoga..
Then you will be cushti
