I agree. If the reg on the PCN is wrong, they can't reissue the PCN at a later date. Take no action. They will eventually realise their mistake, but it will be too late for them to do anything about it. Re your confusion about the times for the yellow line: the boundary between zone CC and the Pay & Display Zone is marked by the big zone entry signs in Glebe Street. However, the boundary on the north side of Glebe Street is further away from Devonshire Road than on the south side, which is unusual but the signs are quite clear. I imagine you were parked on the yellow line at the side of Devonshire Glass, which is in the P&D zone and is in operation from 7am to 7pm Mon-Sat. |
