Four years ago I went to them for the first time.  I had my prescription and ordered varifocals at vast expense.  They were no good and couldn't see a thing long distant.  Took them back and they wouldn't change them.  Spent loads of money and they never replaced them.  Made me feel it was my fault! It wasn't and the person (not the receptionist)was rude and unhelpful.  Eventually went to another optician who sorted me out.  I would not use them again
