So, Mr Slattery was arrested for the offence of causing harassment to a person in his home.I suggest Mr Slattery thinks very strongly about sueing both the police, for wrongful arrest, and Mr Curran for making false statements. At the time of the protest, Mr Curran was not at home. And as the wheelie bins were stacked up outside his house on the pavement, it has nothing to do with Mr Curran's house, it's an offence to obstruct a public highway. If I were Mr Slattery, I'd be speaking to my solicitor pronto. |
