They recently took 3 weeks to fix a broadband problem I had.But it was up to me to find out what the fault was.They seemed incapable of doing that themselves.When will bt realise that having their "service advisors"in Bangalore is a false economy ? Most of the companies that moved their call centres to India are now bringing them back here.It's about time bt saw sense. |
