Complain on Facebook and on Twitter.... I think they pay more attention when it posted on social media as other people can see it - and say you want your subscription refunded for the amount of time you have been without service (but don't withhold the money - just push for a credit and insist on it).  I've always got better service if I've had to resort to social media rather than relying on phone calls or emails.
