| I believe the Fireworks Act prohibits fireworks being set off after 11pm, with the exception of 5 Nov itself when it's a bit later. Having just checked the Hounslow council website, they actually quote this: http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/fireworks. Looks like a police matter therefore. |
