I don't really understand your argument. It clearly is a completely different building. As far as I can remember from the designs I saw, the first six floors will be commercial/office which will have some display advertising on the side adjacent to the motorway. This is completely different to the Octopus which was basically an advertising hoarding with some office space inside. On the new project you might as well put some ads up where the building knocks up against the flyover but they won't be as visible as they would have been with the Octopus. The first six floors aren't residential because they would be uninhabitable but the main purpose of the new building will be to provide new homes. It is on a much much bigger scale than the original. Why do you keep adding a link to another news site? Do you work for them? |
