Remember that some channels on Freeview are not on Freesat  and the reverse. But more importantly on a sky box without a Sky subscription more are not available to view free.

Answer would be to purchase a Freeview box over aerial or a second hand Freesat box if the sky box has a problem. Freesat comes of the same Astra 28.2 so just a case of switching box over.

Or its a case of updating the sky box within settings or worse scenario if your dish or LNB has moved slightly which may cut out chs on a low band but not on high bands or visa versa or both but that would give the no signal on all chs.

Could be totally wrong here but i think its the case that GG does not have a Freeview box or Freeview built into the TV and Freeview,Freesat and SKY with no subs is the answer to missing chs. Maybe GG has seen chs on someone elses TV and wondered why she does not have them on her non sub SKY box.
