Simon, for years I've used Ulead Photo Express, whose software came with my first computer and which I've downloaded onto every computer I've bought since then. It enables you to do every kind of editing, from cropping to special effects. I attach a couple of pictures from my 'Surreal London' collection. 1. Tower Bridge Limbo 2.
