India is pretty useless and don't even have the knowledge to suggest that you turn off your router, turn off your computer, then turn on your router and when it is up and running with all lights turn on your computer and see if the problem is resolved. BT is bringing support back to England fairly soon. I have had issues which the CEO's office have worked on, but even they were defeated by BT's system. |
