|Help!Having used Amazon only once before - at least 5 years ago - I'm now trying to use it again to order s single DVD. I've spent all morning at it, with no luck. The problem seems to be that Amazon has my old email address (which I have now updateed)and won't accept my mobile number, but has agreed a new password. What's worrying is that I'm repeatedly being asking for my card details (4 times now) without letting me review the information I've already provided and I can't get to the 'confirm' page.|
Is this usual with Amazon or am I doing something wrong?
