I'm sceptical anyone working north of Chiswick roundabout will walk down to Kew Bridge mainly because you have a motorway and a major roundabout to negotiate. Gunnersbury is likely to be the main station for new offices at Power Road, the skyscraper planned on the Octopus site and the inevitable redevelopment of the B&Q site which will be the biggest of all. Collectively this might even be as big as Chiswick Business Park. |
