| It'll have cost your friend many times more than the $1000 if he failed to get the best price by selling privately. Not saying he did, but worth thinking about as there's a lot at stake when selling a house. Mind you, I've bought two privately in the last 18 months but NZ property is thankfully somewhat cheaper than in W4. |
