Ahhhh. It's a way of cutting material. You get a quarter yard that isn't narrow. It lets you buy a useable but small amount of fabric. Normally sold in bundles of five or six coordinating fabrics, so anyone who's done any quilting could have a piece or two left over. :) resisting putting what my husband thought it meant. |
