There is a new senior asset manager, who came to a meeting at the forum but had nothing to say since travellers and litter were below her seniority. She has been involved with Lend Lease ( Empire House.)
The council refused to grant 30 minutes free parking for shopping to help small businesses because they are making so much money from the fines. Steve Curran came to the Devonshire Road festival to see the delights of fine cuisine, good shops and community spirit. Ruth Cadbury too ( no response to my email asking her to support Chiswick from over development )
There was a Book Festival the same weekend with the profits going to reading charities but I suppose they didn't have time for that.
