well if you've 1) checked for loose connections 2) deleted and reinstalled the drivers- using latest versions from the internet 3) put in a new cartridge and looked for anything obvious broken in the printer 4) cleaned the printer head with alcohol on cotton wool 5) applied WD40 sparingly to moving parts and connections 6) turned everything off, counted to 10, and turned it on again and it still doesn't work, I think, yes, it's toast |
