Rubbish is a separate issue to housing unless you live in an estate in which case it falls to caretaking services.. Raise a complaint the relevant department according to your home type (flat = housing complaint, house = waste services)

If there are other housing issues also not resolved alongside the rubbish by complaints then contact the ombudsman

Hounslow housing are running their housing services into the ground so "outsourcing" to contractors like housing associations (ie the friends of friends payroll) is welcomed and wanted by tenants who are non the wiser of what that will even mean to future property services like repairs.. Anyone who's dealt with a HA will know it's blood from a stone.

It's a small majority who care about their Hounslow housing homes and it's because of this that Hounslow Housing & its leaders get away with treating tenants abysmally.. Can't stress the need to complain & involve yourself in the TLSJCC as much as personally feasible.
