| Hi Claire, yes my mum is a Hounslow council tenant, my dad sadly passed & when he died we arranged with Hounslow council to have various items picked up, the recycling team failed to come out. A week later I phoned them again they promised to then come out that day & didn't. Due to the items not being collected we have daily woke up to more accumulated rubbish etc, my mum has dementia & is also grieving the loss of her husband, my dad, we only had his funeral two weeks ago. Neighbours have complained about the rubbish & have also complained to Hounslow council about it, please please can someone come out & collect it. My mum's address is: 31 Annandale Road, Chiswick, London, W4 2RD. It breaks my heart to see my mum going through such distress, I also have to go to hospital with her on Thursday & this stress unfortunately has set her back health wise, Kind Regards, Karen O'Donnell (my mobile n.o is: 07827960164). |
