What a shower. Harriet Harman told all Labour MPs to abstain, so that Labour would not seem, er, I've read several articles now but I still have no idea what Harriet Harman was trying to achieve. Anyway, she told all the Labour MPs to abstain, because it would be better for something apparently. But 48 Labour MPs at least had a bit of courage and decided they had to be either for something or against it, and decided to ignore Harriet Harman's orders to abstain. But Ruth Cadbury does not have the courage of any convictions (or maybe she doesn't have any convictions) and just decided to quietly do as she was told and not cause a fuss. Aren't these people an inspiration to us all. |
