We need far better education on what can and can't be recycled in the Council's contracts - not wheelie bins. The Council's website changed with the introduction of the last contract - presumably in preparation for wheelie bins taking away any reference to being able to use an ordinary sized bin. Whose waste is it anyway? Hanwell with its little streets also seems to be fighting against the imposition of huge wheelie bins. |
