Hi Helen

Apparently it's now down to LBH.  This is a part of the pm I have received from a lapsed former who lives in Grove Park.

"     I’ve just phoned Thames Water – the leak(s) have been fixed by TW, now that’s completed TW apply to the COUNCIL for a permit, the nice young lady at TW said the next step is THE COUNCIL HIGHWAYS DEPARTMENT – they are the ones who do the actual repairs to the roadway and pavements – that probably explains why zilch is happening!  "

So it looks as if TW have done their bit and it's good old Hounslow who need to get a move on.....I'm not holding my breath
