As I've openly said before it doesn't directly affect me so I'm not going to waste my evening attending, especially having been at Planning Committee in Richmond upon 11pm the previous night. However as a professional planner, a regular contributor to this forum and out of a genuine willingness not to see residents led up the garden path, I don't think it's unreasonable for me (or other residents who might not have attended the meeting) to expect some kind of clarity as to what those 5 points you refer to are. Especially when other posters keep banging on about things that are completely irrelevant to the JR process. Could it be that whoever the person shaking his head at the meeting was shaking his head because he, like me, knows the relatvely narrow legal avenues upon which a JR can be sought ?. |
