| Perhaps if he didn't see the ton of traffic cones, the closure sign and the diversion sign, he shouldn't be driving? Strange, though not surprising, that the TfL site hasn't been updated. Presumably they're the ones putting up the signs and posters? You'd think part of that workflow would be to update the website... |
