| I understand your annoyance Elizabeth. I have seen sites where they clearly state that the order will be cheaper if placed on line and never really understood why that is. If as you say it wasn't mentioned I would be very put out and now that you have your refund I would give them a wide berth. Did you mention the name of the company? I would find it quite hard to "move on" but that's me. |
