According to a survey by the Competition and Markets Authority "54% of UK adults used online reviews and many found them valuable." Who in their right mind would base their choice of hotel or restaurant on these reviews which are so obviously open to abuse? Also can anyone persuade me that "reputation management companies" can in any way act legitimately. |
