| Not necessarily, as it depends whether or not there was a restrictive condition imposed upon the granting of the planning permission requiring the existing trees to be retained, e.g. through a landscaping related condition that required the approved landscaping details to be implemented including the retention of the trees identified on the approved plans. If you think there's such a condition in place and it's been breached, someone should report it to the Council to investigate. |
