I'm really very surprised that the white LED (cold) temperature lights are allowed at all. We recently had some interaction with a sleep expert who expressed horror at these lights. Apparently the smallest amount of this white light triggers a response telling the body to wake up - called the dawn effect (or something).. he stressed the important of not having this type of light anywhere near or in your house if you intended to sleep. New apple phones have this wavelength in their screens too, which is why they can be so equally sleep disruptive. |
