| Andy, you are such a star. I have just forked out a fortune on visitor permits for builders who have been unable to park on account of the road works (something they might have told me when I applied for them only a fortnight or so prior to works commencing!) I wrote to the permits department three days ago and haven't heard a peep in response, so I'll give that contact a go, thank you. |
