| A while ago a friend of mine was having horrendous problems with a parking permit application.Emails went backwards and forwards and eventually, my friend managed to get details for the man in overall charge of parking permits at Serco.His name is Kevin Hagan, and his email address is kevin.hagan@serco.or if you would prefer to get an answer straight away, his mobile is 07718 194620 I hope this helps |
