| I've had many dealings with T Brown on my mothers behalf.I found that phoning them saying you will give them 48 hours to sort the problem out, then you will get a private contractor to make repairs and send T Brown the invoice.I also told them on the phone that I would follow this up in writing, which I did.It never got to the point where I had to get a contractor, T Brown sorted all the problems within the alloted 48 Hours. |
