I have just about had enough of T Brown after I have had my hot water switched off on Bank Holiday Monday, they said their normal phrase, we need to order a part. I phoned them last Wednesday & they said they would be out on Tuesday 2nd June between 12 noon & 5pm, at 5pm today with no sign of T Brown, I phoned them to be told my appointment had mistakingly booked for 2nd July. I have arthritis in my hands & feet & two boys, this is so unfair! I went through a similar situation with T Brown 3 years ago & it went on for weeks. My hands go stiff in the cold water. It is like living in primitive times.
