As we approach midsummer, the sun is quite warm now, when it shines. On the other hand we have cold air, thanks to the jet stream being further south than normal. The net result is that it can feel quite warm when the wind drops and the sun is shining. On the other hand when the wind blows and the sun goes it it feels unseasonably cold. |
