| It would be nice to think they are spraying yellow to hi light for our safety but they aren't. They are simply marking the holes they have measured and which are illegal in terms of depth of hole and they are pointing it out to the labourers who will turn up some weeks later. God forbid a labourer with a brain may deem it appropriate to fix a pothole next to it which isn't ringed because it doesn't quite reach the legal limit yet. Better to start the whole process over in a couple of months and keep the borough patchy and ugly |
