LBH have responded quite helpfully in that they have cleaned off the graffiti that appears under the bridge and is on land owned by LBH. However, on the other side of the National Rail, or whoever, fence they cannot trespass and so the graffiti remains and increases. No reply or contact has every been received from National Rail, TFL, the Mayor's office. It's always someone else's responsibility.... |
