| Last Monday I was on an SWT train while mayhem reigned due to earlier disruptions and a broken down (SWT) train at Clapham. The driver said "This train is not moving for at least an hour". So I changed platforms and tried for another route, some wiser people stayed put. 5 minutes later the train I was on pulled out, carrying it's smug passengers to their destinations. Great job. Not. Oh yes, and SWT want 928 pounds for a season ticket from Feltham to Staines, that's one stop. Ridiculous. |
