Only if she's got it written down on the back of her hand but I would like to add a supplementary question if I may. Is a perfect storm brewing I wonder? Could the Mansion Tax combined with rent controls, a tidal wave of loony left property related legislation, and fears of interest rate rises dump a lot of property on the market at the same time bringing about a full blown property recession? With a lunatic in charge who knows what could happen. |
