Other examples include;
1. LBH's failure to identify the longstanding, massive and pervasive culture of fraud at Hounslow Homes until it was too late. The subsequent investigation was so poorly handled that no one has been prosecuted and NONE of the funds stolen have been recovered. The service to tenants has remained poor.
2. The unintentional £11m underspend in 2012/13 by LBH that the Labour Administration failed to give back to Council Tax Payers. £10m was used to 'plump up' the Officers Pension Scheme - this was not a statutory requirement and was not recommended by a single one of LBH's professional advisers. |
