"To answer the question - there was no real logic to what the Labour Group did with these surplus finds, certainly there was no grand financial strategy, or overriding need to fund the deficit. " One of the reasons why this came to mind is Chiswlck library renovations are being blocked again. I was wondering why those would be blocked, when there was a 10m surplus. |
