I have just had an interesting conversation with a driver of a green jaguar car reg MX04 FDJ parking on Waldeck Road this morning. The space he was trying to get into was quite tight so he was nudging the bumper of the car in front a silver jeep - i think it was a frontier. When I asked him why he was nudging the other car and if that was acceptable he said he was only nudging the bumper and that is what bumpers are for. I understood this would be the case at the funfair perhaps but not normal practice whilst parking but I am wrong to have questioned him? Thoughts? |
