| As well as parking partly on the footway and arguably dangerously parked too, as Mary pointed out, he has also parked right over the dropped kerb at the corner, which is an offence under section 86 of the Traffic Management Act 2004. re Andy's post, I think you'll find that parking within 10 metres of a junction is discouraged by the Highway Code but is not actually illegal. |
