Now I see what i have done i have parked in a residents only bay. I do have a permit but it is on my old car. My new car is parked but if I read the sign it is confusing as there are two signs on the post exactly where my car is. One point right saying residents only. The one directly below has no arrow and says max stay four hours. I had a valid ticket. I live down the street and I mis read. do I have grounds for appeal? This seems grossly un fair. |
